The Planning and Zoning Commission meet's to review all conditional use permits. The Planning and Zoning Commission meet's the first Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m.
Conditional Use Permits have the following requirements:
- Conditional Use Permit, and Site Plan completed, Payment of Permit Fee $175.00 and filed with the City Clerk 30 day's prior to a scheduled Planning and Zoning Commission meeting (Clerk may arrange a special meeting if needed).
- List of All Property Owners within 200 feet of the Property.
- Conditional Use Permits require a public hearing and 15 day of publication and notice. Once the conditional use permit is filed with the City Clerk the Clerk provide a notice of the hearing to the applicant. The applicant is responsible to mail the notice to all property owners with in 200 feet certified and return receipt and must return all mailing slips and return receipt cards to the Clerk by noon on the Friday prior to the hearing (or a date determined by the Clerk).
